We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.

Payment Terms

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect existing contracts but will apply to new agreements.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy as specified in individual service agreements. Generally, refunds are available within 30 days of service commencement for unused services.
Intellectual Property
Ownership Rights
Upon full payment, you will own the custom software and solutions developed specifically for you. However, we retain rights to general methodologies, techniques, and know-how.
Third-Party Components
Some solutions may include third-party components subject to their own licensing terms. We will clearly identify such components and their applicable licenses.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless specifically restricted by confidentiality agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Service Warranties
We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services except as specifically stated in individual service agreements.
Liability Limits
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Consequential Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by providing written notice. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will provide you with access to your data for a reasonable period to facilitate data export, after which your data may be deleted from our systems.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If needed, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
